This system gives the user insight into what land uses and urban features are present or absent, evaluating the quality of a neighborhood and identifying shortcomings and opportunities in accordance with x-minute city design principles. The aim of this urban analysis system is to help users in urban intervention decision-making as well as help build a strong business case for projects.

15 min walking distance is displayed as an Isochrone (The isochrone is the bounding area of all extreme points reached by walking for 15 minutes from a specific location).
With this analysis, you will be able to see what businesses and urban services are available for people to walk to around your development site.
